hello.
I don't know if people will remember, I used to be on the old Mega man network boards back in about 2004 when the address was still at mega man x online and Reeve was in charge of things (I really liked his walkthrus for the games).
I still enjoy the mm series and various and thanks to both aniversery collection have now played a lot of the Classic series as well as the X and zero games through the gba
Unfortunately, sinse I lack fully working eyeballs (my ability to play more of the series has sort of fallen off, as either they've gone 3D as was the case with x7 and x8, or they're on consoles with too small screens like the ds, or are on the very annoying Wii virtual console.
On the plus side, my quest to collect and play as many great 2D games as possible continues, I even found Gb mega man last christmas.
So, hello to everyone. I'll be glad to swap Mm stories, although for me the series probably ends at X6, ---- ironically making a nice progression directly into the zero games.

Thanks, and appologies for the even later response . I only remembered I registered because of a recent attempt of mine to run through x1 after not playing anything mm for a few years. That was quite disasterous, though funnily enough it was the levels more than the bosses that gave me trouble, actually it was a bit odd, sinse I unexpectedly took out Spark Mandril and Armored Armadillo with the x buster as I got to them with a nearly full energy bar and thought I'd have a go before trying the weakness weapons, but then got killed multiple times in several stages by normal enemies, or by falling down pits in silly places, never mind the floating pads at the start of sigma's base. I did finally remove ol' siggy himself though, although it was possibly one of the hardest playthrus I've had sinse I first discovered the series in 1999.
