To put it simply, a lot of people have a Netflix/Hulu/etc. account, but they remove and add shows every month based on views. Now, the idea for this thread is to keep people updated on what shows they want to watch. We get busy and can't keep checking the entirety of all of these programs or even have a subscription to all of them (most of which you have to pay for), so here's my idea: We get a good idea of what people like to watch (series, genre, etc) and post here when something that matches it or is recommended by the poster is uploaded to/removed from these sources. Here's an example. I like anime, Quentin Tarantino movies and superhero movies. Just added on NetflixAnime - FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
- Trigun
- Digimon Adventure 01/02
- Desert Punk
QT Movies - Reservoir Dogs
- Pulp Fiction
Superhero Movies - Thor
- Captain America: The First Avenger
- The Avengers

Trigun, Thor, Captin America, Desert Punk and FMA: Brotherhood were already on Netflix. Trigun: Badlands rumble was just added though. No clue if more episodes of FMA were added though.

It was an example, but yeah, you're right. I saw Badlands, but couldn't remember the title. I haven't even finished the first series. Both FMA and FMA: Brotherhood have their entire series up, though FMA's movie got taken down last month.

What about stuff that isn't "new" but we want to suggest? What about for other, similar providers?
To give you an idea (and perhaps because I was unable to follow the manga past a certain point), I am quite fond of Hunter X Hunter. The manga has been going for a while and it is now on its second attempt at an anime (the first didn't last). So the fact that it is on crunchyroll.com, subbed, but available to premium (e.g. paying) members fairly shortly after it airs in Japan and for general viewing (e.g. without having to pay) a week after that is nice.
So at least for now, I recommend it.
Getting to Hulu, they've been putting episodes of Dragon Ball up (the predecessor of Dragon Ball Z, and honestly I think I prefer it to the later series). I found the two animated Hell Boy movies on Hulu, much to my surprise, and would like similar fair to be added so I recommend checking those out as well. Right now I've been getting back into One Piece, but am a bit annoyed as it looks like there will be a serious "skip" coming up. =/ If someone knows where I can view episodes 288 through 390 (subbed or dubbed) legally but without having to pay a fee, please PM me.

I like that idea. I'll be sure to check out Hunter X Hunter at some point, considering the great things I've heard about it. If you want a shot of nostalgia, Batman Beyond is on Netflix right now.

If you want a shot of nostalgia, Batman Beyond is on Netflix right now. The complete series. This show is amazing, but I got kind of sick of it after watching too many reruns on The Hub.

I've been watching them a few episodes at a time. It's been great.
On another note, FMA: Brotherhood doesn't have the last two episodes on Netflix. The whole series until the last two episodes. Damn you, Netflix.

Another interesting freebie on Hulu:
Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles is a solid series that... got left with an annoying cliffhanger of an ending due to funding issues. Its CGI animation dates back to 1999, so it can look pretty rough at times, but its got a solid story - not as detailed as it could be, but it was a series that was attempting to be safe enough for typical Saturday morning fair with just enough to it that sci-fi fans could enjoy it.
Fans tried for a while to get the final four intended episodes made and released as a direct-to-DVD movie; the amount of time that has passed is a mixed blessing for that as it is no longer a "hot" license but actually finishing it becomes less and less expensive an option. I originally saw some of it... I'm not sure when, as it was relatively early in the morning and I remembered catching it before class (it would have been brand new my Senior year of High School, so probably sometime while I was in college).
Hulu has 39 episodes, while 40 were originally produced. Not sure what one is missing; probably one of the four clip shows the series used to pad out its run and stretch out its budget. >.>

Quick update:
Hulu has Season 1 of Red Dwarf up, but not for long; they said they'll be pulling it (not sure if Season or series) on October 13th. It looks to be the original versions and not the semi-farcical "Special Edition" tweaks (which was a spoof of Star Wars and its Special Editions, which were a "thing" at the time).
Give it a go if you can appreciate a sci-fi British Comedy (or are a fan wanting to encourage more eps going up). If not clear, you do not need to even be logged in (let alone a premium member) to view these.

For anyone interested, they just put up Power Rangers: Time Force on Netflix. While I won't be watching it, I figured someone might be feeling nostalgic.

Bumping this back up to say that Mystery Science Theater 3000 is now on Netflix. Or, to be more specific, a kinda sorta reboot of it. There's a new host, new voices for the bots, new mad scientists, new visuals, and all sorts of other stuff. Me personally though, I feel that the reboot is in the "good but not great" category. But who knows, maybe y'all might feel differently about it.

I just recently learned of MST3K. I haven't seen the original series, but a new webcomic artist I followed hypes it up a lot, so I may give it a shot. It sounds like Twilight Zone to be frank, but that's a good thing. XD

For superheros Iron Fist, Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage is currently showing, if you're a Marvel fan. Also i recommend watching Dave Chappelle's skit on Netflix too, great watch.

Just got to watch Rogue One for the first time via Netflix. Oh, and as I mentioned it when it was airing, Hunter X Hunter has been available on Netflix for a while now. Something about to leave that I recommend is Young Justice. This series originally aired on Cartoon Network, but was canceled (most likely) due to low toy sales (ratings were great). Due to fan demand, a third season is slated for a 2018 release, though.

Let's not forget about that Castlevania animated series that just came out. It's only four episodes thus far but already it's one of the better video game adaptations out there.
