Right now, the game is due to be released on PC, PS3, PS4, PS Vista, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U and 3DS. So far as I know, the game will be released via download, with no physical versions forthcoming.
Of those, I have a PC, Wii U and 3DS. I'll most likely go with the Wii U version. I could pick up the PC version, but unless it ends up being different from the Wii U version, I'll pass. Beside, I prefer to play on a console if I can. I may or may not pick up the 3DS version. Again, it'll depend on if there's anything noteworthy about that version.
I would've preferred being able to buy a physical copy of the game, but such are the cards we've been dealt with.

While it is unlikely most fans will skip the title, perhaps that should be an option?
Unless my financial/personal situation changes, even a "small" purchase like this is beyond me (anything I've gotten the last few years has been freeware or gifts). Plus my only option is for the PC... a very old PC at that.
Recent controversies over the game development also have me somewhat concerned.

I hadn't thought about "will not buy at the moment" / "not interested" options, but perhaps those should be there. Unfortunately, I can't seem to edit the poll. When I go into edit, I just see "remove poll", which is obviously not what I want to do. Are you able to add those? As for the controversies about the game... you're talking about what's going on the MN9 forums? *sigh* I was hoping we wouldn't get into that here. I'll just say that it's a lot of fuss and panic button-ing over someone that'll likely have little (if any) influence on the game itself. Otherwise, I have no desire to partake in this controversy (don't know if you're following the forums, but I've decided not to make any posts in it until the fuss dies down, or just never post again; whichever comes first.). |

With regards to the polls... sorry, I haven't figured out how to edit them, if I even can. I actually deleted one of my own polls for that reason. If you want to fix it, you'll have to remove it and hope you'll be allowed to replace it with a new one. Probably not worth the effort.  What is probably worth the effort is "tweaking" your previous post; I left my own comment vague so as not to show any partiality about the matter... or even a hint as to what it actually was. If you don't want something to be argued... don't present anything to argue. Even if you think someone has no legitimate reason to argue; see "Internet" as to why that doesn't work.  Hence why I am still keeping it so vague you'd think I was a lawyer; I almost feel like I need to work "alleged" into my post.  |

I know for sure I want the GNU/Linux version as I'm running neither OSX nor Windows.
But since I also wanna get my hands on the new generation consoles, I probably also spend some money on the WiiU version.
Thought about the 3DS version myself but this has no priority.

I am still undecided. I may have a PC and a 2DS, but I still do not know, which version I shall buy.
Perhaps even both.
