What if early video game sound had no limitations?
This new interpretation of Megaman 2 explores composer Takashi Tateishi's musical influences reinserted back into the original game. The BGM is replaced with commercial music and tributes, matched to the original sound cues, and mixed to the SFX.
What if videogames got the same soundtrack treatment that is standard to the film industry? What if the record industry and the videogame industry openly collaborated over the past 40 years with the best musicians the world had to offer?
