Hi everyone, I make music for fun. I was re-playing all of the X games over the weekend and I was reminded of how amazing the music in X3 was. The introductory stage music for the assault on Hunter HQ is in my top 10 for awesome videogame music. So I did my own version. It stays pretty faithful to the original. I Used a midi file from vgmusic and played a few layers of guitar over top of it. Sahvra, that sounded great! If I had a Soundcloud, I'd follow you both. However, if you keep posting, I'm one of the other oldies like me has one. SF, I like that you're being creative with the music and you picked my favorite X track of the entire series. I'm sure it'll sound great once you get the other instruments in there, but the high parts sounds a little awkward right now. It sounded good otherwise. And your artwork isn't awful. It's actually pretty good. XD

There is a longer version on my tumblr that i was experimenting with: HEREas well as some other art.. but most of my art is on my deviantArti think the high parts are a bit odd due to bad eq and mastering. i have a version of the operation theme from battle network i was working on to that i think im going to try and finish soon. again, thanks.  |
