I was playing Mega Man 10 today when I found this tile in Wily Stage 1:

It looks like it's supposed to be Dark Man from Mega Man 5. I was only able to find this particular tile 3 rooms right and one room up from the 2nd Weapons Archive, and nobody else appears to have found this. Any thoughts as to why this would be here?
