Wow. Part of me likes it, I'll be honest; after all as a Transformers fan I love combiners enough to enjoy the mecha of Super Sentai (and similar) shows... though not enough that I regularly watch such shows, and what I like overlaps with TF-dom. In the end though it "cheats" too much, like the really bad cartoon counterparts for TFs and some of those same "combining mecha" shows. Sure, sure: so does a lot of Mega Man stuff; it isn't obsessed with realism. In the end it gives me flashes to " The Beast": oh the horror! Oh, and "yay!" I saw Snake Man in some of the game (I thought it was a game?) art on the website! |
