Basically, if your review, walkthrough or "Let's Play!" are popular enough, they'll be deleted without any warning given to you. This happens three times and you're perma-banned. People like LittleKuriboh and the YouTuber here are capable of fighting it because of their huge following, but that's not the norm. SOPA, ACTA and TPP would have done this, but for any site that has even the slightest amount of "copyrighted material," could be taken down and the members of said site fined. They would find out through your IP address and send you the bill. Luckily, it seems TPP hasn't passed yet (SOPA was shot down and ACTA is still being discussed).
